Alternative Madonna

As said before, this will be a week of Madonna blogging in honor of her 'Celebration' release. Therefore instead of the weekly 'Alternative Tuesday', there is 'Alternative Madonna', dedicated to the Queen of Pop's Rocker side. So what song did Madonna go alternative for? Well a few, but only 1 comes to mind.

The song on tap was a classic, and actually one of the of the Queen's 1st songs she had ever penned in 1981 alongside friend, Stephen Bray


Originally recorded as a rock song, it eventually made it to her self-titled album, and transformed into something of a mixture of genres. That song would be 'Burning Up'...
